I have been talking to miss Rachel from What Pumpkin all week, and i posted those comments out of rage, and misunderstanding. Obviously someone on my facebook just wanted to get me into trouble, and they didn't know the whole story. So, here is a little snippet of the actual emails i sent to Rachel

Hi there--
My name is Rachel Rocklin. I'm contacting you as a representative of What Pumpkin. We've received emails from several fans letting us know that you plan to sell Homestuck items "under the table" at an upcoming convention. The sale of merchandise using Andrew Hussie's intellectual property is illegal without permission, which you have not received. It seems likely that you are aware of this, but I'll link you to our sales FAQ anyway. Please cease all sales of these items immediately. If you prefer not to do so, we will regrettably have to take the step of contacting the staff of ConnectiCon and letting them know that you are selling good illegally.

me: (after the whole thing with the stupid relblogging happened i decided to sell only to close friends) They are not to be sold under the table, only to close friends of mine that wanted one... They are part of my cosplay. That is all.
I also want to know, is there a way to speak to hussie about selling these things? They are rather popular and i was wondering if i sold them abroad if he would want commission that is if he gave me permission. I'll be out of college soon and have a lotttt of time on my hands...

With regards to permissions, you would contact either me or mspaquestions@gmail.com--either works! Andrew is much too busy to answer all the permissions emails we deal with.
Though you have removed the post, I do have a screencap of it sent in by one fan showing what you said. Regardless of to whom you are planning to sell your items, it is not legal (regardless of where and when they are being sold), and we request that you not do it--again, if necessary we can contact the staff at the convention.

me: I understand, There is no need to threaten me with screen caps or telling convention employees...
I suppose i will just give them away, unless there is a rule against giving away items as well?
As for permissions how to i GET permission from you to sell these items? Because i would like permission.
Also, i deleted the post so that no one else would see it or freak out and cause you more trouble, i deleted my tumblr because the fact that you got my e-mail so easily from fans disturbs me.
Rachel: I assure you mentioning the screencap and the convention staff was not a threat--just letting you know what our information was and what our next steps would be. Giveaways are great, and we always support fans who do giveaways! It's really cool to give back to the community.
As of right now, we do not allow anyone to sell items based on Andrew's intellectual property, nor are we particularly interested in working out licensing deals. Brand and quality control are very important to us.

You have to understand all the threats in my inbox were rather threatening, and things haven't gotten better, but if you are okay with it, i would like to give them to people, that is if they take an interest.
I DID want to give andrew hussie one as well but, to be honest i didn't know how to get it to him...
After she never responded, so because of this person, i decided to sent her another e-mail.

That is the post. I didn't mean to be rude, and to be honest that was the first message before i spoke to you about legality and other things.
I hope you know i no longer feel safe at this convention, seeing as though one of your fans went through the trouble of making me a pariah and i will probably get jumped.
I am not selling them, i am not bringing them, i am not doinga anything wih them, I am going to give them to my little cousins who don't even know what homestuck IS but they helped me make them in hopes to make some people happy : /
I'm making an announcement now, an i want to tell you how truely sorry i am. I never meant disrepsect or harm.

So over all, to ALL homestuck fans, please, don't hate me. I have gotten many Death Threats in my inbox on my old tumblr because of these cuddly little critters. I am scared to go to the convention, but i have attended every year and i am not about to miss one because of thousands oe people stalking me down to give me their opinions on how insane i am or how i'm a bad person because i originally wanted to make a little bit of money to save for the convention. Surely, some of you must have been in my shoes before. If Rachel can forgive me then why can't all of you? Honestly.
If i wasn't two days away from being jumped by people in colorful horns and grey paint, i would still have considered giving them away. I was betrayed by a friend on facebook, i was betrayed by the fans, i was betrayed by myself.
Why do i have to suffer more?
And for anyone that threatens me again, i will report to the authorities, and i am going to report this to the tumblr staff and the CTcon staff. Including the large mass post and the person who started it.
